All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, please ensure your entity is registered/renewed prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The entire process is free of charge. However, the entire process may take up to a month and thus, interested quoters are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
