The U.S. Embassy Bandar Seri Begawan is aware that several businesses have received emails from the address us.govd@rfqtend.net from an individual claiming to represent the U.S. Embassy “Tender Section” and requesting quotations for solar generators.
This is a fraudulent email. The U.S. Embassy did not send this communication and is not associated with Olivia Caswell. 
Tips to protect yourself from scams:
- Do not click on any links, images, attachments contained in the email
- Do not respond to this email.
- Do not forward this email.
In the future if you receive a request for quotations or solicitation from the U.S. Embassy, you can verify the legitimacy of the request by viewing the U.S. Embassy’s Contracting Opportunities page, or contacting the U.S. Embassy Procurement Officer on +673-2387471.
